Monitoring - We've identified the issue and deployed a fix. Providers should now be able to prescribe controlled substances directly through the EHR.

We will be monitoring for any further issues.

Investigating - Providers are currently reporting issues with prescribing controlled substances directly through the EHR, receiving an error within the medication fill workflow that the system "Cannot find a matching prescriber in Ayva".

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A WORKAROUND: Providers can go to https://ayva.bravadohealth.com/#!/login to login and prescribe directly from the Ayva portal.

We are working internally and with our vendor to identify the issue.

Resolved - We have observed no further issues with generating requisitions for Quest labs.

Monitoring - Our vendor notified us that this issue has been resolved and we've seen no further errors over the last several hours. We'll continue to monitor.

Identified - Generating Quest lab requisitions may still work while this issue is ongoing; however, failures are expected.

Quest has acknowledged a widespread issue on their end causing these failures. We have opened a ticket with Quest and are monitoring for updates or improvements to performance.
